In 2023 Fern created a unique piece of artwork for the Marylebone Project, a pioneering service dedicated to helping women overcome homelessness. As the largest and longest-running centre of its kind in the UK, the Marylebone Project has been transforming lives for over 90 years, providing not only 112 residential beds across two buildings but also a 24/7, 365-day-a-year safe space—the only one of its kind exclusively for women. Fern’s artwork was inspired by the resilience and strength of the women supported by the project, reflecting the hope and empowerment that the organisation brings to those in need. Through this collaboration, Fern hopes to raise awareness of the vital work being done to offer safety, stability, and new opportunities to women facing homelessness.

Three women standing in an art gallery, smiling and conversing. They are positioned in front of a white wall with text and a pink artwork that reads “Strong is the New Pretty.” The room has exposed wooden beams on the ceiling. One woman is wearing a black outfit, the second a pink jacket, and the third a long black coat over a white top with wide pants.
A person holds a painting depicting two hands of different skin tones clasped together. The text "You've Got This" is below the painting. The background features a colorful mural of a large white flower with green and blue accents.
